If we are to use specific data about citations to show comparisons, we need
to use appropriate data. I know that ISI data on citations is different (
typically lower) than what you get in Googlescholar. If we are to compare
your citations to the field, we need to use consistent data. Feel free to
show me ISI data on your citations and I may incorporate that along with
adding the ISI baseline documentation.

As journal rank, etc. I do not consider this as useful. It is likely that if
your case is challenged it will be because the immigration officer thinks
an EB1A person should have more citations. However, if we get an immigration
officer not satisfied with citations of your work, no downloads, etc, will
make him/her think otherwise.

I don’t see that as a useful point as it is the book and not the chapter
that has had that much of a response. We have nothing to indicate that this
is from your chapter. If we do this, we will get the immigration officer to
be thinking you should have a whole book and not just a chapter. What we
present here shows the optimum level of acclaim for you
