NSC，EB1B等了七个多月，不敢PP。还是等来了不好的消息。。。
On March 22, 2016, we began reviewing your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition
for Alien Worker , Receipt Number LIN159xxxxxxx. We mailed you a notice
informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow
the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.
这是RFE还是NOID？希望还有希望吧

再问一下，NOID回复一定要找本公司原来办的律师，还是可以找外面律师。我觉得我
case虽然比较弱，但律师还是一个因素。如果还是用公司那个律师，我肯定就死了。
