求解释：副 485 收到RFE 要求补结婚公证# Immigration - 落地生根

今天终于在信箱里收到RFE材料，但是不太明白到底还要补啥，因为当初在寄485的时候
已经包括了 公证书/Notarial Certificate。下面是RFE材料的原话：
The U.S. Department of State (DOS) provides the following information
regarding marriage certificates from China:
Marriage - Available in the form of notarial marriage Certificates (Jie
Hun Gong Zheng [ or Zheng Ming] Shu) or death certificates which are
generally reliable.
While the record contains a page of your notarial marriage certificate, the
document is not complete. Neither is there a complete certified English
translation or 'conformity' page. Therefore, in light of the aforementioned
information from the DOS, please submit a copy of your marriage certificate
which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country
in China.
上面的最后一句是说要我们补一份在中国登记结婚的结婚证中文和翻译件吗？
我们之前寄的结婚公证是在国内公证处办的4页纸的那种，而且是以主申请人的结婚证
办的：
第一页： 公证书
（2015） xx市xx区第400号
申请人: Wardo，男，198x年x月x日出生，公民身份证号码：xxxxxxx, 住址: xxxxxx
公证事项：结婚证
兹证明xx市xx区民政局与200x年x月x日发给Wardo的《中华人民共和国结婚证》的原件
与前面的复印件相符，原件属实。
第二页: Notarial Certificate
(2015) xx City xxx district No. 400
Applicant: Wardo, male, was born .... address:
Issue under notarization: Marriage Certificate
This is to certify that the original Marriage Certificate of the People's
Republic of China which issued to Wardo by Civil Affairs Bureau of XXX City
on July xx, 200x conforms to the foregoing photocopy, and that the original
is authentic.

公证事项： 译本内容与原本相符
……
第四页： Notarial Certificate

This is to certify that the content of the foregoing English translation of
Notarial Certificate conforms to the original Chinese version.

公证文件里确实提到了foregoing photocopy，而且公证处也确实是提供了结婚证原件
复印件及其翻译件， 但是这些资料
在之前＊没有＊一并寄出（因为一直以为只需要提供那4页公证纸即可），问题是不是
出在这里了？补寄这些再加上 4页纸的公证过去给NSC应该就可以满足要求了吧？是否
需要再以副申请人的名义再办一份结婚公证？
