从bulletin上面看貌似提交485还是没问题的，只是485在那段时间不会被批准了。。。

那请问, 7月份中旬提交485, 然后2天到TSC, 但是 TSC receipt date肯定是8月份了.
那这样, 是可以了, 还是会被退出来(因为TSC official received的时候, 已经是8月
了)??

OK. 那么 final action date就是提交时间。 那怎么解读呢？
文章上说： Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose
priority date is earlier than the final action date listed below.
8月份的final action date 是 01JAN10。这里的 PD 时间早于01JAN10的，可以审核批
准了？ 哪有PD是6年前的EB1 case？说不通吧？

Date for filing应该是不久前开始无效的，在那之前有很多EB2类别的都是凭借双
排期里面的date for filing提交485的，当然EB1一直都是current所以没有这个问题。
现在USCIS不follow date for filing主要是是因为这个财政年的EB类名额已经马上接
近饱和而且已经提交还没有处理的case也是堆积如山，没法再接纳更多的申请了。

7月31号送到TSC会被接收；8月1号送到，会被退回。所以如果这个月想交的，要抓紧了
，而且还要保证路上不被延误。
7月中旬交的话，不出意外，一般一周也寄到了，不会到8月份去的吧。
