打算找银行公证一下Certification by Translator（见如下模板）。请问一下，
1. 是不是每一份国内的公证书（两页版），都需要Certification by Translator并加
公证？
2. "the document attached entitled"写什么呢？我看国内的公证书都叫“NOTARIAL
CERTIFICATE".
3. 银行公证标在Certification by Translator同一张纸上吧？银行只需要盖章还是要
写点什么？
