For EB1A cases filed at Nebraska Service Center (NSC), we have recently
begun to receive a relatively high number of difficult RFEs/NOIDs and
denials for even strong cases. These RFEs and denials have been issued by
several different officers, so it appears that NSC has started to be tougher
in evaluating many EB1As. We therefore currently do not recommend
requesting premium processing for EB1As that will be filed at NSC. Our hope
is that this is a temporary trend, and by waiting to have your case
adjudicated under regular processing you will avoid this tougher standard of
adjudication. Ultimately the choice is up to you, but we want to be sure
you understand that requesting premium processing at this time may increase
the risk of receiving a difficult RFE/NOID and denial.

RFE会增加律师的工作量。律师肯定是能避免就避免了。但是我觉得RFE和等7个月之间
还是选择REF比较好。而且等几个月未必不会RFE.
