我只收到了信件的通知，说收到材料了，邮件没有收到任何通知。当时填了G1145不是
说有啥事情邮件通知么？为啥邮件没有收到呢，难道刚一收到材料就弄乱了，满心的困

G1145 (e-notification) is available for applications filed at a USCIS

另外，G1145 只用来发 receipt notice，
以后所有的进展都不会通过短信、电邮通知。

Does the Form G-1145 also serve as notice for me to receive case status
updates via “My Case Status?”
No. The Form G-1145 only gives permission for the lockbox to notify you that
your application was accepted. You will need to create an account on the
USCIS website and sign up to receive case status alerts to get email/text
notification about the progress of your case.
