可是我已经交了出生证明了。跟老婆一起交的，我俩的格式和内容基本一样。她也收到
了ＲＦＥ，但是没有要出生证明。。。
难道是他们给弄丢了？有这样的先例嘛？

Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has
been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your
birth
Important: if you submit a document that is not in English it must be
accompanied by a complete English translation the translator must certify
that he or she is competent to perform the translation and that the
translation is accurate. Any English translation must be submitted together
with a copy of the translated foreign language document.
