EB1A 12月5号收到。15号批准。1本来开心，结果approval notice 小字第2段最后写了这
么一句话。
The above petition has been approved. ......
The information submitted with the petition shows that the person for whom
you are petitioning is NOT eligible to file an adjustment of status
application at this time.
为什么是Not. 这些该怎么办？疯了。
前面发到485版，无人理。大家有经验吗？

估计移民局搞错了。
如果楼主是律师代理的case建议咨询律师，如果是DIY的话可能需要联系移民局了。

是不是你填140表的时候有什么地方勾错了，我记得有个地方问你有没有申请485意愿来
着，记不清了不一定对。你可以查查。我的approval notice上小字说，申请人现在美
国，并表示其有意愿并将要申请adjustment of status，然后给了一堆说明怎么联系
USCIS申请485。注意原文是the petioner indicates that，所以我估计这句话是根据
你自己填的表来得，我怀疑你是不是选了不准备adjust status。。。

我是NVC的，刚才翻出来看了下，没这行字
