比如说连续三年每年能发一篇一作的JBC，老板说是top的了。那么怎么找证据证明在同
行中是outstanding的呢？

If you are in the biology field, one JBC per year is not counted as
outstanding, as for me, I published one cell/nature serious top journal per
year (1st author), my lawyer still did not think it is worth to claim...as
she told me it is hard to support this claim with strong objective evidence
that IO would buy...

Thanks. I am claiming for NIW though. Just want to have some idea where my
productivity stands compared with my peers.
