移民局网站上是：
You must demonstrate international recognition for your outstanding
achievements in a particular academic field.
You must have at least 3 years experience in teaching or research in that
academic area.
You must be entering the United States in order to pursue tenure or tenure
track teaching or comparable research position at a university or other
institution of higher education.
wegreened上的前两条一样，第三条是：
(a) the offer of a tenured or tenure-track teaching position or the offer a
comparable research position, OR (b) the offer of a research position having
no fixed term and in which the employee will ordinarily have an expectation
of permanent employment, OR (c) the offer of a comparable research position
with a private employer if the employer has at least three full-time
researchers and documented accomplishments in the research field.
为什么移民局的说明里没有详细的（a）(b)(c)? 我朋友七八年前在某teaching school
当AP时通过张哲瑞手下某韩国律师办的EB-1b，PL里写的是Dr. xx has been offered a
research and teaching position with no fixed term and has an expectation of
permanent employment...
看来是用的wegreend上的(b), 可是tenure-track AP为什么不用（a）呢？
