存了好几张shopper 得cash back得和monthly bonus在boa得atm上
现在有一张monthly $10被online显示reject了
还倒扣了12刀
还有同人有这种情况吗

如题，半个月前inforpass说在final decision阶段，问background check 过没有，说
在这阶段应该过了。蛮高兴的回来，然后回来做了个SR,结果extended review：
The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. Our system indicates that your case is currently under extended review and
this has caused a delay in processing time. We do not require any actions
from you at this time.
不知道哪个消息是对的。
有高人知道怎么回事么，谢谢！
