USCIS records indicate the processing of Ms. xxx’s Form I-485 case has been
delayed. A check of our records establishes that the case is not yet ready
for decision as it is under an additional review process. We cannot move
forward on this case at this time. We will make every effort to make a
decision on this case as soon as the review is complete. If your
constituent does not receive a decision or other notice of action from us
within 90 days, you may contact us for an update.
又一个90天，呵呵，绝望了。。

这个BC clear是分分钟的事情，前一刻还是BC delay,过几天说不定就绿了，这个模板
