不太淡定，在版上求个祝福。
RD 10/12/2016，党员。今天收到transfer notice，说case（从TSC）被转到了"USCIS-
NBC, PO
BOX 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064"。并且说"We transferred this case because
the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over this case. That
office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case".
请问版上有没有类似经历的朋友？这是要面试的节奏吗？
NBC的processing time去哪里找呢？
RD到现在还不到6个月，还在initial review就要面试了吗？
