Addendum for Form I-485 for Ling Fu
Part 3, Processing Information
Question C6: Have you EVER been a member of, or in any way affiliated with,
the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party?
Yes. I was a member of the organization called Chinese Communist Party from
approximately April, 2007 to March 2012. This was a mandatory group lasting
from approximately through college. Admission into the organization was
required at the age of 14. I was a member of the Communist Party in China
from April, 2007 to March 2012. I joined only because membership was
required/recommended. I was never an active member of the Communist Party. I
am no longer a member of, or in any way affiliated with, nor have I been
involved with, any Communist Party or organization since 2012. I currently
do not support or subscribe to the beliefs of any Communist Party or
organization.
I certify under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and
correct.
"Admission into the organization was required at the age of 14." -- 这句啥
意思？

模板没有说服力啊。
写点实在的吧，直接说你现在不信了。加入点心理改变过程。
uscis知道入党根本不是强制性的，也不是必须的。
这样的模板招惹很多RFE了

啊。。。已经签字寄给律师了，赶在5月底前寄到uscis。6月开始eb1都要排期了

这个也太扯了。简直是脑门上贴了“来RFE我吧，来RFE我吧”。。。。
如果不是急等EAD卡，建议还是用自己的话，认真写一份吧

这个也太离谱了 属于睁眼说瞎话 你居然还签字...
谁说入党是必须的（required)？还在14岁就必须的!你以为恐怖组织招募童子军呢……
你可以说入党是保研的条件 是所谓好学生的一种象征 等 这都行啊 居然说是必须的
这瞎话可信么
难怪现在越来越多关于CPP 的RFE 说句不太好听的 你这份声明只会让后来的DY申请者
越发困难! 移民局都不知道哪句是真的了。

等四个月排期，安全过关 vs 交上去这样一份地球人都知道是假话的statement给移民
局，然后被RFE，被面试（面试虽然通过的概率大吧）。这中间得吓死多少脑细胞啊

赶快自己重写一份快递寄给律师吧。这个申明就是睁着眼说瞎话，RFE还是轻的，
没准以撒谎为由据了绿卡。国内可没什么14岁必须入党的要求，否则哪来这么
多非党员。

楼主的律师估计把团员也算上了。不过即使团员，也不是强制性的。

这帮人虽然在美国多年，或者几年，思维还是中文思维。
这种模版，跟他们RL、PL的模版如出一则，睁眼说瞎话，没有任何逻辑性。
1. 入党是个无法改变的事实，你都自己承认了，不要再去说被逼的。一开始这么说有
人信，后来谁还信？
措施：就说是我确实是入了，但不是什么信仰问题，只是为了表彰我学习优秀，评奖学
金可以加分，等等。这里的说法都是为了稍微弱化一下你加入共产党这个事实，可以随
便编写理由。
2. 上面说了还不足够，加上：你从来没有主动参加过任何政治活动，也没担任过任何
职务。
3. 最后加上一条理由：你出来多少年了，跟他们从来没有联系。
(这里不建议写什么6个月不交党费，自动脱党等等，会招来RFE，让你提供相关说明）
4. 自己加。
这个党员说明，一定要自己写，套模版悲剧的比较多。

公司的律师帮忙写的退党申明，当时没觉得特别重要，就没有注意。当看到大家回复的
时候（5/26/2017），马上联系律师，可是律师已经把材料寄出去了。所以现在只能听
天由命了。。。

这个基本就是模板，来得及的话赶紧改，一定要结合自己的经历去写，这样才有血有肉
可以让人理解。
