给妈妈申请绿卡。receipts和一个RFE都收到了，但指纹通知没收到。给USCIS打电话，
说指纹通知早已寄出。既然没收到，就顺手给做了个SR。这是5/16号的事。然后，5/24
号SR被assigned to an officer for response。5/25在线状态有两个更新，见下，
1. “On May 25, 2017, we sent a response to your inquiry about a notice that
you did not receive, referral number xxxxxxxxxxx”
2. "On May 25, 2017, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive,
referral number xxxxxxxxx, was completed."
可现在又过了两个星期，还是什么也没收到，再打电话，说SR要等30天才能再查询。难
道进入了死循环？

还是说，从SR completed，到接到通知需要等大于两个星期其实很正常？

1. address on file is incorrect
2. if not 1, then ask your mailman and post office to keep an eye on mails
for you
3. be patient, 8 days of waiting time for SR to be processed is actually
extremely quick, and the paper notice could take more than two weeks to be
received
4. call customer service and ask about the result of the SR

地址应该对，因为电话里核实了。USCIS是挺块，8天SR就completed了。但是两周过去
没收到纸面通知。听你的，再耐心等两周。

Update, 给USCIS打电话，被告知，SR已经完成了。问他们为什么还没收到指纹通知。答
曰：USCIS完成SR的意思不是已经给我们发了新的指纹通知，而是说他们系统里加注了
我们没收到指纹通知，所以不会因此deny我们的申请。至于何时发新的指纹通知，依赖
于何时会有人touch我们的case。等有人touch我们的case时，会看到这个SR trigger的
加注信息，那个时候自然会给我们发新的指纹通知。
难道说等6个月有人看我们的case，然后才会重发指纹通知。然后再等几个月的背景调
查？
有经验的给说说，还有什么渠道能让USCIS发指纹通知而不用这么干等？他们收打指纹
的钱还是挺快的呀。
