背景：NIW 2016年初批了，现在着手EB1B
问题：要不要PP
现在NSC I-140才处理到2016/07。如果不PP,那么即使律师在7月底将材料送出去，按照
当前的速度，可能要等到2018/07 I-140才能批准，还需要中间一切顺利，没有任何波
折。同时，按照EB1排期的情况来看，排期出现的月份会越来越早。2016年是8月份，
2017年是6月份，谁知道2018年会不会就是5月份，甚至4月份.这样，即使I-140在2018/
07批准，也要等到2018/10等重新变成CURRENT才能递交 I-485. NSC 的 I-485现在处理
到2016/08，也就意味着要还要等差不多1年时间，也就是2019/10才能拿到卡。虽然处
理时间会变，总体趋势还是越来越慢。这个时间等得是不是有点太长了......
另一方面，似乎有说法，如果PP的话容易REF.不知道是不是这样？PP的钱还是小事，但
是REF太耗时间。

1b requires less
pp requires more and could bring RFE
RFE should be avoided at all costs
backlog will appear even earlier next year, at the latest in April
pretty soon eb1 will have all year round backlog for Chinese applicants,
inevitable

Just not quite follow with one thing:
RFE should be avoided at all costs
Could you please explain in more details? How?

RFE requires you to provide more detailed evidence, which is more difficult
to come up with. it's always easier to have everything in place by original
submission instead of responding to RFE. in RFE, detailed questions are
asked
ask people who have done RFE and you will see how they didn't like the
process
