之前申请过一次，这次重新申请了，但是一直没有收到回复，已经快三个月了，就算拒
了也应该有个通知吧？着急中。。申请的状态应该怎么查啊?

check the processing time first (usually at NSC)
if outside of normal processing time, you can do on-line request.
但是一直没有收到回复 已经快三个月了，
If you have not receive receipt (with case number) or FP notice after three
months, you should call them now.

非常感谢建议。我这两天几乎都在打这个电话，800-375-5283，但是怎么都连接不到一
个representative。。。真是太烦了，有人打过这个电话么？到底能否找到活人啊？
