uscis网站上写的不清不楚
”you must file Supplement J if you are filing Form I-485 based on a
previously filed Form I-140“
意思是只要485不是和140一起交的，都要交J表
另外一个页面上写
“Beginning Jan. 17, 2017, if you are filing or have previously filed Form I
-485 based on being the principal beneficiary of a valid Form I-140 in an
employment-based immigrant visa category that requires a job offer, you will
need to file Supplement J instead of submitting a job offer letter”
an employment-based immigrant visa category that requires a job offer应该是
不包括EB1a和NIW的
那意思是，如果走EB1A，就不需要交J表
这两个地方不是矛盾吗？？？？？？？？？？？
后来看有人说uscis出了新的规则，明确说明EB1A不需要交J表，建议大家面试或者交
485的时候说明一下，免得糊涂IO不知道，请问谁知道这个规则在哪儿找吗，实在找不
