主卡各方面都非常顺利，副卡EAD/AP晚了一个月，绿卡直接晚了一年。。。感觉还是议
员有点用。

09/23/2015: EBIB I-140 RD non-pp
04/11/2016: EB1B I-140 Approved
05/06/2016: 主副 I-485 RD
06/27/2016: 主 EAD/AP Combo Card RD
07/27/2016: 副 EAD/AP Combo Card RD
08/01/2016: 副 1st RFE - g325a 住址没写全五年: 实际上因为读书期间搬家多，公
司律师就把原表上面写不下的居住纪录附在在后面的一张纸上，但是可能Officer没看
到。
08/16/2016: 副 Response to RFE Received

02/28/2017: 1st SR: your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we
have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a
longer processing time.
03/27/2017: Senator：邮寄过去privacy forms，但是小秘不是很给力，经常联系不到
人，也不主动follow-up，不确定他们到底联系USCIS了没有。
04/27/2017: 2nd RFE : 体检和J1两年回国居住纪录：体检重新做了；J1两年证明其实
一开始就交上去了，估计officer又没看到，所以公司律师又原封不动的重新交了一遍。
05/09/2017: FBI: name check response was sent back to USCIS on March 1, 2017.
06/17/2017: 2nd SR: your application is currently pending and has been pre-
adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon approval of the
Form I-140 as well as visa availability based on your category and priority
date.

10/30/2017: New Card Is Being Produced
LD年轻时候J1过来学习过一年，后来又B2/F1来美国开会/读书过，但是申绿卡时回国累
计时间已满两年（公司律师说B2在美国短暂停留的时间不能计算在两年内）。所以当时
没弄waiver，就收集了比较容易拿到的材料，供大家参考，原件是中文的材料都是我们
自己翻译然后让同事签字的。
－ 护照上的中国出入境章
－ 学校的在读证明，毕业证书
－ 公司的在职证明，工资条，租房合同
－ 回国机票和登机牌
员有点用。
