美国公民给境外父母申请绿卡，父亲在中国。 G-325A表格里的applicant指的是谁？是
应该由我（I-130的petitioner）填，还是我父亲，还是我们两个人都要填这个表？谢

先问问客服，可否issue你$80cash，不行就退了等deal吧。

现在只要 I-130和 I-864表格？

USCIS网站只要I-130，连I-864都不需要了？还是说130批了之后再寄别的比如864？

I-130一向都不要I-864。I-130只是成立关系。I-864是真正申请移民的时候（譬如在美
国境内申请I-485的时候，或在美国境外走领事程序的时候）才需要的。
