求问： EB1海外领事馆面试后被告知administrative processing，至今已快三个月，
今天得知4月起EB1排期。配偶在美国H1B身份，无visa,请问这个时候我还可以申请H4去
美国探亲吗？

考虑到这个因素，所以没想过尝试B1/2。照道理来讲，H4的AP不受排期影响才是。但是
目前EB1 AP很可能要到新财年开始才会结束，请问这会影响我的H4申请进度吗？

what do you mean by AP? if I-512, that AP is based on pending I-485 and
irrelevant to you. You only need to make appointment using the H1B's I-797
to apply for H4 visa stamp, usually it is decided by VO on the spot whether
your visa is approved or denied.

Sorry for this ambiguity, just realised AP could also mean advanced parole.
Here I meant administrative processing. My EB1 application at the consulate
is still under AP, and I reckon it could go on so until the new fiscal year.
In this case, do you think my H4 application would be approved?

That's what worries me. Do you think my H4 application would get refused on
this basis? I'm OK with a few weeks or even a couple of months, but if it
goes along with my EB1 AP, which will sooner or later be held on because of
this visa availability limit, that could be a long wait.

问题太罕见了，自己顶一下，突然想到，这个是不是跟485提交后排期期间回国申请H1B
