背景：微生物，博后，17篇journal publications（1篇中文），5篇一作，有一篇CELL
； Review数量45 times for 16 journals; Google Scholar Citation: 550，没有区
分自引他引，不过大概只有6篇自引，15封推荐信（13独立， 2封来自Journal Editors
）；claim了老三样
IO是0805， 主要质疑major significance of the contribution， 说“Searching
Google Scholar for your list specialty....revealed scholars whose citation
count numbers in the thousands”。 同时指出“Since you have been in the
field a short time, it is very difficult for you to have made contributions
of major significance”
感觉IO基本上都没有仔细看PL，只是反复强调citations少于thousands。

REF中，又加入4封推荐信（全部独立，且有直接引用我的文章）, 此时的Google
Scholar的citations到了590
没有直接回复IO的“less than thousands”的质疑，但是重点针对IO的“Since you
have been in the field a short time, it is very difficult...”进行了举例：
1.加入了一篇第四作者文章的“Reagents have been commercialized”
2.深挖“More than 10 biotech companies have used my discoveries as the
background to introduce or demonstrate their related products”
3.所以网站上有个我的papers或者research的介绍，强调“More than 20 leading
scientific media from U.S., U.K., China, and Switzerland reported my
discoveries after the papers were published”
4.逐一例举“More than 70 review articles have heavily cited and discussed my
discoveries”
5.举例说明“My finding has been implemented by several popular international
databases to introduce the important functions of the related genes”
6.强调“More than 150 scientists around the world have requested my research
materials or seek for collaboration with my groups after the paper was
published ”强调他们中包括“members of United States National Academy of
Sciences, members of American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Howard Hughes
Medical Investigator, and the member of European Molecular Biology
Organization”
7.同时列举了“I was invited to join the member of Editorial Board of
Scientific journal”
一直以来潜水于该版，但是受益匪浅！在收到Approval notice之前也一直胆战心惊，
感觉NSC现在要求越来越高....
