快10年前speeding 被pull over，但是初犯上庭直接给我改成了"inappropriate
equipment", 算non-moving violation, 就交了fine和上庭费，既不扣点也不涨保险。
后来有过一两次red light camera的那种自动的ticket，交钱了事。
像这种程度的问题，N400上这两项需要些Yes么？

Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement

我印象中申绿卡的时候（找的律师）应该是没有填过YES，现在申公民需要disclose么？
