本人情况，40+文章，260+引用，150+审稿，无专利。
开始被0242RFE major contribution. 回复后承认major contribution，但是final
metric里质疑了claim的三项都不符合sustained national or international acclaim
, one of small percentage.
比如，质疑review： must demonstrate that they sustained national or
international acclaim resulting in their selection to serve as a judge of
the work of others... For example, judging a national competition for top
athletes is of far greater probative value than judging a regional youth
competition...
质疑publication： The petitioner's field, like most science, is research-
driven, and there would be little point in publishing research that did not
add to the general pool of knowledge in the field. Research is a
collaborative effort, and researchers are expected to publish or present the
results of their research to disseminate it to others in the field. The
evidence did not establish how the publications sets the beneficiary apart
through a career of acclaimed work. The submitted evidence shows the
petitioner's papers have been cited in notable circumstances however when
compared to the individuals considered by the beneficiary to be experts in
the field. A review of the citation records for individuals such as XXX （领
域大牛）and
others indicates citation records significantly higher than the petitioners.
感觉很难证明review是sustained national or international acclaim, 编辑写的信
都没用。
引用跟领域大牛比较的话，就不是一千引用的问题了，大牛们都是上万引用的老头了。。
还有个公开竞赛我的系统是第一名，都是跟世界范围的team竞争的，但是IO都没看。
现在纠结的就是要AAO还是重新file

什么专业？我觉得最好还是appeal，不要refile
NSC EB1A refile的成功率还是很低，不到1%，费时费力费钱，最终还是失败。
Appeal的话，第一步，回到IO手里，重申，成功率最多高达50%，不到两个星期
时间，只要几百块钱，也不需要再准备材料。如果第一步没有成功，就会送到
AAO办公室，成功率是16%，最慢最慢一定在6个月内审批（如果不愿意等，期间
可以随时撤销appeal，重新申请），通常3－4个月时间。所以，无论是从金钱，
时间，精力，或者成功率来讲，都是appeal更好。
