目前是J1最后一年，3/31/2019 j1到期， waiver已经完成， EB1A-140已过但是不能提
交485。系里已经在申请H1B并且愿意PP，但是case目前卡在PWD，11/13/2018提交到DOL
，Visa office的人说这个需要100－120天。那就是02/23/2019到03/13/2019之间出结
果。这种情况是不是很危险？老婆怀孕了，预产期4月份，所以实在是想避免出境。万
一时间真的来不及还没有办法不出境？谢谢大家！

pwd完了还有lca这一步，顺利的话七天批下来，但是最近政府shut down好多人两周多
也没批下来。如果学校速度快的话可能刚刚好赶上在过期前file，就不用出境激活了。
如果想双保险，能不能问问系里支不支持O1？你eb1a的材料基本上可以直接用了，file
以后pp很快就出结果了。说不定比h1b快多了。
