Supposedly, DOL is processing cases from 03/08 for straight cases and 07/07
for audited cases.

PERM has case number, also called ETA #. But you won't be able to check
case status like in H1B. Only the employer or the employer's agent (
attorney) have login and password to the DOL's website to check status.

请问你这个“15个月的说法”是哪里知道的？是不是说所有被Audit的case都会在15个月
内处理完？有没有官方的连接？
我的case已经14.5个月了（2007年9月中交的）

Mine filed on 10/30 and submitted extra docs on 11/20 for the audit. nearly

好像withdraw后再办就不合算了，因为排期的时间是按labor file 的时间算的，现在
虽然还在等，但４８５排期的时候会追上来。不知道让 senator 写封信问问有没有效果
