First, make a page with the funtion of query Ip address;
Second, send the page's url to the MM;

That's not the easiest way, you need to creat html and set cookie.
The easiest way is to set her a email and let her reply(that's easy), and view
the header of the email to get the ip( many free email server and software
support this).
但四，最根本，最有效的办法是让他们来骚扰偶好乐
