I can not check my email in my office's computer, such as hotmail and yahoo
mail. the browser use our company's proxy server. is there any way
I can pass the firewall? thank you!!

Check private emails at home.
You're not supposed to check them during work.
Your employer has full right to monitor your emails.

it's right to check personal emails at work, everybody does that
as long as your company didn't forbid that.
