看到有的公司里面的J2EE软件工程师多数时间都在写文档，画流程图，与客户交流什么
的，真正编程的时间估计连一半都不到。可能这就是为什么Java工作不好找吧?

ah？ I agree you might spend a lot of time to talk to Business people(
customer) about the requirement...but most of the docs are useless, except
domain design diagram, which you could use it to communicate with the
customer...and nobody will ever read those docs...Test is document of your
code:)

哪种程序员是和人打交道比较少的，我的英文真的很烂，而且不善于和人打交道

绝大多数小程序员只跟老板和QA交流。你要是lead, architect就另一回事。
大公司更是如此，不过这么搞很难混上去。

我上一个公司（大软件公司）的‘小程序员’都被裁光了，剩下senior的全都是从spec
, design, 到implement一手包办，一人一个subsystem, 从头负责到尾。现在到了制药
公司，才发现居然有这么多junior的engineer。

找大公司工作？

大还是够大的，就是状态不少，总是半死不活的，所以只裁人不招人。每年director都
说招点新人进来，但是最后总是不了了之。

When the projects become big, it's extremely difficult
to understand the code w/o doc.
