从我对job description的理解，位子是data-driven的marketing analysis。大公司
，做的不厚道的是让个小孩来执行面试，一听就是个新手。小孩的作用估计是个传声筒
，把对话录下来就是了。听起来小孩比我还紧张，不过中间几个问题不知道怎么回答好
，后来自己说话就越来越快。最后我问小孩的问题小孩一个都答不上来，一个劲的说要
问hiring manager。连郁闷都没有感觉了。估计希望不大。
教训：最好不要饭后面试，不是太容易专心，不过这次没有办法，从office溜出去面试
的。能用固定电话最好不要用手机，今天手机信号是满的，可是听那边的声音很吃力。

I'm a market analyst in a big company, though I had industry experience
years ago. Most questions on the list are behavior questions. Here's what
I think the interviewers are looking for:
1. Passion to the industry (Q2 and Q3)
The market analyst quite often has to deal with stress, which can be
caused by short time of notice, tight schedule, multi tasks, etc. Lack of
passion will make the work unattractive and burn out a person quickly.
2. Business acumen (Q6)
A lot of knowledge and ski
