Just blew up a chance in Google :-( Anyway here's the process, hope
it helps future applicants.

After introducing himself the interviewer's first question is "what do
you program for fun". Then he asks about some old projects I did. He
also offer to check out a website I did but too bad it's dead
already. Then he asked these questions:
1 Suppose you have a search engine that returns 10 results for each
search. You now wnat to add a c
