Dear USCIS director,
I got two full-time job offers from two different companies last month. Both
of them are willing to file H1B adv for me.
But, just for 'trust' and 'honesty', I only accept one offer and refuse the
other. I don't want these two companies to apply H1B at the same time to
give me more possibility to win the lottery (if any).
