I am preparing an interview with BP. Does anyone have any experience to
share? It's going to be two rounds of interview if the first one goes
well. Thanks in advance.

BP面试一个套路。按照网上申请表的式样把问题一个一个问下来，并做记录。一般是将
近1个小时的 behavioral，然后一刻钟左右的技术（现在缩短时间了）。

My major is Chemical Engineering, PhD + 1 yr postdoc + 1 yr industry
experience(another big corporation). My current job is fine but BP's
position matches background and experience much better. The position is also
a lot higher than what I have right now. Thanks for your input.
