去年申请H1B被request for evidence，准备了很多材料，最后还是被拒了。估计今年
也难逃厄运。
请问xdjm们哪位知道能办F1 visa的cummunity school？不胜感激。

去年为什么被拒。今年的RFE是同样的原因吗？

It is really rare that USCIS requests for evidence on a H1b case.

Happens a lot for Indian consulting companies.

not ICC, real and legal company, but my major is not engineering, that's why
it is harder.

My lawyer told that it was very common that USCIS requested REF on H1B case
for business related jobs last year.
If you hold engineering degree and work for a IT company, you are fine.

Be careful. Most RFEs I know lead to denial.
You need to provide more info so people can help you. The only additional
info you provided is Bay area, which has no value.

Yes,most of RFE was denied.
I am living in Bay area too.
