如果double的话，其实今年剩下的名额也不多了
以现在的速度继续下去的话，再过不到2个月就差不多用完了
可是今天信箱里收到一封邮件，是这么说的：
USCIS News: Best time in 10 years to get H1B Visa Job
There are still 48,700 H1B Visa left! Will you get one of them?
