公司今天通知开始给办h1b了，可是从面试到现在都是说potential offer.没有正式的
OFFER. 今天问了一下hr,说是办完H1B再说。原话："We need to complete the H1B
process first over the next month and then will be back in touch with you
regarding any next potential steps".
可要是他们给办完H1B之后决定不要我了，那我岂不很被动了，只能回国了？有没有那
位给指点一下。

just go ahead. I had similar exp some years ago, they were concerned if h1b
would be successful or not.

听说过这样的事情，没说多少钱就给办h1b transfer了，我朋友很不爽，因为他本身有
工作的。后来果然钱很少，幸好阻止他们transfer了

if you have a job or any other offer, do not even consider about it.
In the h1b application, they must provide salary. They just pay little and
not sure about h1b approvement due to the low salary.
