我的H1b已经批准了，还没有收到正式寄来的批准书，
但是我已经计划下周二回国，这样会不会有问题呢？
1.请问移民局寄来的批准书都包括什么呢？除了一张I-797A之外还有别的吗？
2.能不能把批准书给我寄到国内？
3.这样离境会不会被认为签证失效呢？学校ISSS的人告诉我可能会有这样的问题?

here is my 2 cents. may not be accurate. if it is approved today, there is
a good chance you can get it on Tue. remember to bring your H1 petition
packet and employer suppport letters and other orginals with you for visa
appt.
1.请问移民局寄来的批准书都包括什么呢？除了一张I-797A之外还有别的吗？
一张I-797A. I am sure.

2.能不能把批准书给我寄到国内？
you can. you need original to get back to US. is your prev 797 expired. I
am not sure what will the flight attendant do, but I guess there shoulnt be
problem there, because you will get a new i94 anyway.
3.这样离境会不会被认为签证失效呢？学校ISSS的人告诉我可能会有这样的问题?
I doubt it. because it is already approved. not pending.
