Cisco interview is very easy technically compared with Google/Facebook.
Simple algorithms in verbal descriptions are enough.
The major thing is to make people like you. In one day you will talk with
about 8 persons.

请问，cisco interview 会focus在网络方面的内容吗？还是说跟其他公司一样，就是算
法，数据结构，设计和coding。
自己做的project跟网络不是很相关。谢谢！

They will definitely ask you some questions about networking since Cisco is
a network company. The only difference is how many questions depending on
the group and the position.
Basic algorithms and data structures will also be asked for sure.
Programming language will also be asked. (Mostly C and memory management
related)
Also they will ask a lot about the projects you have done previously.

That's true. 3 people, 45 mins each. Same as mine.
In my experience, all the questions are behavioral questions. Like do you
have such such experience? Have you had a time when ...? None of them is
technical.
To prepare, think about examples to prove your teamwork, learning ability,
creativity, time management, etc.

My cisco roomamte told me they do not accept new H1b now and they only do
H1b transfer. They only recuit greencard holder and citizen now. This
happens recently.

I guess it depends on the person that you met, some of them are pretty "
behavior" and others are "technical":)
BTW, how's your result? Got an offer?

I don't think so. Another applicant also was asked all behavioral questions (completely different interviewers).
I didn't get an offer. I don't know what goes wrong. My guess was because of
my third interviewer, an A San, who seemed unfriendly throughout the
interview.
