F1 student 如果自己file the application of OPT后,
公司方面还需要做什么吗, 需要pay any fee or file paper work for this kind
employment?
现在在跟公司商量offer的事情,觉得他们有这样的concern.

的确不需要。
我还发生这样一件事。
OPT还是在intern的公司做。有一次我出去玩，遇上border patrol，但我忘了带护照，
只有驾照，
被抓带去了，他们查查查查了很久，然后问我是不是在一间公司做intern。
好明显，公司或者学校？或者我也不知哪里没更新，他们的系统里还是显示我cpt时的
信息。
当然，最后我被放出来了……但在里面的半个小时，几乎是我人生中最可怕的半小时，
但我在想，如果当
时不是有工作，我是不是就被送回国了。

我记得有次参加international student office 举办的的讲座,期中有个律师提到,公
司在使用某
些visa employment的时候,要file一些paper work, 并且交一点钱(数额不多) to
qualify, 而且
数额是根据这种employment 的个数决定的.我不记得这种visa employment 包括不包括
opt了.

I read the website. Although it describes in detail the application process
of OPT, no
sentence mentions about the requirement for the company.
