大家觉得title根工资那个更重要?
title高是不是跳槽好些呢?
有的公司给得title高点但是工资却不一定更高.

钱更重要。Title和工作年限有些关系，不太容易拿。如果是第一份工作，Title没啥可
谈的。钱倒是可以多要几K，相对容易些。以后换工作，会把以前的薪水作为参考。

Yes, Salary is more important
Some startups give you Principal Software Engineer title with 90k while
Google simply Software Engineer with $150k
which one do you take? :-)
When you change job, you are valued mostly by your base salary, not title.

for google, i think base might be around 120K, right?
and that is for CA location. Other locations might be even lower.
pls correct me if I am wrong
