button是猪肩肉
boston button不晓得是不是一种特殊切法的猪肩肉
sirloin是大里脊
还有tenderloin是小里脊
梅条肉不知道对应的英文是什么。。

Assuming you are talking about pork, not beef,
syan很对,Boston Butt is also called Boston Shoulder. NAMP item number 406.
The price should be pretty low.

Pork Loin, item number 412/413, is what we chinese call 猪大排，大梅肉，
price is around $3 to $5. Color is light pink.
Pork Tenderloin, item number 415, is what we call 里脊，小梅肉, an expensive
part of the pig. Color is red. Boneless.
Pork Sirloin, is the meat between Pork Loin and Hind Leg. It's cheaper than
Loin and has some red some pink. Has more fat. Has bone.
