Counter offer - immediate green card and beats the other one (GC after one
year, but not guaranteed) for base salary. Companies are comparable, maybe
the new one is a little bit better.
怕接了counter offer 后任人宰割 ==! 毕竟伤了关系...
btw, I already accepted the new offer.
Pls experienced ppls suggest, thx!

根据前人经验，接了counter offer以后万一公司搞layoff就很容易被最先干掉

是啊，但不知道要不要让新公司match...可能会伤第一印象.

u can negotiate with the new one w/o mentioning ur counter offer. just
tell them u have big concern about gc and want them to start the process
early.
