公司match的很少，可以忽略。以后的情况很难说。万一10几年后回国发展了呢。

我想楼上的意思是公司match的前提是员工先存多少，公司再match一些。楼上是说一定
要拿到公司match的那些，也就是说员工要存那个最低标准。

我们公司说是员工的下限是0，就是员工可以不放啊，公司那相应就没match。

i mean if your comany have certain percent match, then you should always

abosolutely,but if you withdrawal it(assume all of them) before you are 59.

这个当然要参加公司match了，而且收入高的话肯定要maxout，不然你的tax bracket就

maxout meants the max percent your company will match, usually<=6%
