一般：
visa status
related working experience:她们只是PRESCREEN，所以最重要是关键词，最好把JOB
DESCRIPTION 上的背下来，讲得太深她会以为你搞的是别的东西
why you think you fit the job: 再背 job description, 说我有这个学位阿，我干过
这个阿，我有这种QUALITY 阿。。。
start date , salary expectation 之类的
她们不会问太难的问题，因为她们不懂
