也就是说上完所有的课，过了qualify之后，做论文期间可以用这个去校外全职工作咯

CPT可以fulltime工作的
公司应该不会在意这个，只不过有些学校会比较严格地认为CPT必须是academic
program的一部分，所以只愿意发CPT给做Intern的学生，答辩以后就不让用CPT了，而
且也要求是Intern offer letter

CPT fulltime>=365 days. OPT become 0.
CPT fulltime<365 days. OPT still =1yr.
DO NOT go to the cliff of the 365th day!

if cpt full time < 365 days. OPT still = 1 yr, this means after 1 year opt,
opt can still be extended to 29 months?

你说的full-time,是指和intern,contractor对应的full-time employee,
还是20hr/week,40hr/week的full-time?
