phD 申请H1B 是不是regular/advanced 都可以申请? 有啥差别么? 那如果我要赶
advanced的 H1B 是不是8月份就得把材料递出去？

No, I do not have. I just felt like that way. Since the estimated date is
much earlier than that of last year.
2011 Cap: 1/26/2011 <10 months

Regular: 12/22/2010 <9 months
