What is that??
export control license, like lots of people said, the firms refuse to do
export control license, so the offer is withdrew.
export control license = H1B?? Please explain~~

我猜是和技术保密有关。
有些职位涉及到不能向某些国家（比如中国）出口的技术，
如果聘请这些国家的人的话，就需要这个东东。。

But why some company will not do that for its future employees? I do not
understand.
By the way, how long this will take? I heard rumor said about three
months. Tears~~~

公司也不愿意搞这么麻烦，要等三到六个月
如果能找到非control国家的人，他们当然选不麻烦的

其实要这个的公司和职位毕竟还是少数
据俺所知一般也就Intel等几个大公司而已
你什么专业的？

我前后2个工作都需要这个没三个月那么久
尤其是以前办过的

一般工作也不需要的
甭想太多
就算真需要也不是什么大不了的事儿。。。

等几个月也还好了
就当提前放个长假了
要知道工作之后想休假都没那么容易了。。。

So this is export control license you are referring to?! Export control
license I have encountered was prototype circuit board ship to China. It
required a lot of documentation & paperwork to prove its eligibility for
export. Didn't know your HR require this for restricted country citizens.
I am sorry to hear that.
