Yesterday I was contacted by Amazon recruiter about a SDET position, and I
replied to her I am not looking for SDET positions but if they have SDE
positions I will be interested.
Unexpectedly the recruiter replied me soon about a SDE position and she set
up phone interview next Monday. From the job description, the position is
not what I expected. I want to tell the recruiter the position is not the
area I am interested, I would rather apply for other SDE positions. But
considering the recruiter already took efforts to have the pull the position
for me, I don't know how to speak to her about this situation. Any ideas /
suggestions?
