offer letter中提到：
1. we will provide you 2 months temporary accommodations. 请问这个是免费的吗？
2. you will receive a moving allowance of up to $xxxx payable against
receipts. 有搬家公司已跟我联系，请问这些搬家的费用需自己先付，然后报销？
3.you will be provided a lump sum of $xxxx net, for miscellaneous relocation
expenses . this covers items such as rental car, autho license and
registration and lease termination and utility hook ups. please retain all
receipts for documentation of these expenses. 如果这些费是否一定要凑足，否则
不能获得全额？
